Arlene Mulder started her business journey as a banker, working at one of the largest banks in the southern hemisphere.
A natural coder herself, Arlene saw the gap in skills in the development world and decided to fill it with her coding startup, We Think Code_. Together with her co-founder, Arlene has created one of the most disruptive businesses in Africa. Upending the traditional route to becoming a developer, We Think Code_ has already trained hundreds of coders in its short existence – and Arlene’s team plans to train hundreds of thousands more.
