Look no further than our partners from Blossom Care Solutions who have developed a micro-franchise model which focuses on sanitary pad manufacturing. This model creates between 6 and 8 jobs for young women – primarily through the Youth Employment Service (YES) program.
These young women are trained to run small manufacturing businesses focused on sanitary pad manufacturing.
Corporates can then support these micro-franchises with off-take agreements or orders which ensure that they are sustainable in the long run. These orders can be aggregated across multiple manufacturing sites.
