Joseph Busha from JM Busha Investment Group joins Simon Brown to take a closer look at the investment case for education group AdvTech.
AdvTech currently trades on a forward price to earnings multiple of 12 times earnings (arguably quite rich for the current economic climate) and offers a 2.3% dividend yield. As with all the major education groups in South Africa, they have taken strain with a number of locals opting to emigrate and seek opportunities abroad.
The share is down 14% year to date but has risen 17% in the last 30 days.
