Paul Iske started the Institute of Brilliant Failures, calls himself CFO, Chief Failure officer. According to Paul it is very important that people can make mistakes and learn from that, learn from experiences that didn’t lead to a certain goal.

Paul was Chief Information Officer at a big national Dutch bank. When he left that bank, he started his own company, The Institute of Brilliant Failures.
