According to the latest data out of StatsSA, the prices of Green, Red and Yellow Peppers has been buoyant in the past 12 months.

Just taking a quick look at the pepper market (as of the 20th of February 2019):

• Green Peppers have sold R6.87m of produce (Month to Date)
• Rainbow Peppers have sold R1.2m (Month to Date)
• Red Peppers have sold R5.09m (Month to Date)
• Yellow Peppers have sold R2.65m (Month to Date)
