We love the work that the StartUp Grind team do and their efforts to encourage early-stage entrepreneurship in South Africa. As a country, we are crying out for young role models that the youth can relate to.

Recently the StartUp Grind team interviewed media personality Lerato Lelia around her attempts to break into the radio industry and shake up the SA media landscape.

Lerato is the first black female to host a daytime radio show on OFM called Midmorning Magic and is the host/producer/content producer of the show. She is also an MC and sometimes dabbles in pageants as a judge and has been recognised as a future leader in the media industry.
