As a continent, Africa is full of diverse opportunities but regularly losing our brightest intellectual and engineering talents to developed markets is holding us back. The “African brain-drain” is not a new phenomenon but the cost of importing skills from “Western” or “Developed” markets does create a drag on our development.

“I’m not coming back alone. I’m bringing with me Western scientists, entrepreneurs and students,” Njabo says.
