ARB Holdings is an investment holding company for businesses involved in the trading and distribution of electrical, lighting and related products to the mining, industrial, construction, parastatal, retail and domestic markets across South and southern Africa.
The group also holds exclusive rights to distribute various leading international electrical products into the Southern African Development Community region. The group is proud of these entrepreneurial roots and 40 years later, they are still aggressively working at keeping this one of its core values.

The group comprises of the following divisions:
1. Electrical division
a. 24 Electrical branches (20 Electrical wholesale branches)
b. Represented in every province
c. Brand new 13 000 m2 Distribution Center in Lords View Eco Estate (Midrand)
d. Sells predominantly to contracting and industrial customers
e. Turnover R2.2bil; operating income R152m (51% of the Group)
2. Lighting division:
a. Operates under the well-known Eurolux and Radiant brands
b. out of 3 centers in Gauteng and Western Cape (2x owned by the company)
c. Sells predominantly to retail trade
d. Turnover R812m; operating income R105m (36% of the Group)
3. Corporate division:
a. Owns 14 properties valued at R325m that the group operates out of.
